Rebecca Hey – Brain Injury Case Manager, Occupational Therapist & Director
Rebecca Hey has been providing brain injury case management within the statutory and private sectors since 1999. She is highly experienced in providing assessment and case management services to claimants and defendants. She is an advanced member of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and a full member of The Case Management Society of the United Kingdom (CMSUK) and is registered with the Health Professions Council. Since 1994 she has practiced and managed services in acute teaching hospitals, rehabilitation and community facilities in the United Kingdom, United States and New Zealand working with paediatrics and adults with acquired brain injury and catastrophic injury. Christine Collins – Brain Injury Case Manager & Occupational Therapist
Chris Collins has been a brain injury case manager since 2002. She has worked within the statutory and private sector providing assessment and case management services to claimants and defendants. Chris attained her advanced membership of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) in 2005 and is a full member of The Case Management Society of the United Kingdom (CMSUK). As an Occupational Therapist she also maintains her registration with the Health Professions Council and is a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists (BAOT). Since 1996 Chris has practiced and managed services in acute teaching hospitals, rehabilitation and community facilities within the Midlands area, working with paediatric and adult clients with acquired brain injury and catastrophic injury. Carolyn Reilly – Associate Brain Injury Case Manager & Occupational Therapist
Carolyn Reilly joined the Rehabilitation Partnership in 2011. She maintains her registration with the Health Professions Council as an Occupational Therapist and is a member of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM). Carolyn has a multitude of experience working overseas, including in the provision of medical assistance, detached work, leading therapeutic groups and community conflict resolution in India, Kosovo and Romania. Within the UK, she has experience working with a range of paediatric and adult clients with varying complex needs in private and statutory services. She is also a Director of a charity which supports orphans who have HIV in Uganda. View CV
Tammy Williams – Assistant Brain Injury Case Manager
Tammy Williams supports the Case Management team to provide high quality and value for money services. She is a graduate from Aston University who joined The Rehabilitation Partnership Ltd in 2010 from a professional services firm. She has worked for five years in a voluntary capacity as a Bereavement Support Worker at a local hospice.
Jeremy Hoare – Director & Company Secretary
Jeremy Hoare is a Chartered Accountant who provides business support for The Rehabilitation Partnership to maintain and improve its excellent services.
